     Congratulations to Marlene Wagner, 2010 CST of the Year.  Marlene is a CST at Lincoln Surgical Hospital in Lincoln.  Marlene is a very dedicated CST with over 20 years experience.  NESA Board members presented Marlene with the award on August 6th.  Lincoln Surgical Hospital held a reception immediatly after the presentation in honor of Marlene's accomplishment.

      Just a little update about our summer workshop.  The date is August 7th in Kearney.  The brochures are in the mail.  We had a little delay in getting them out.  Please forgive us for the delay.  I know many of you have e-mailed asking where the brochures are, or that you did not receive one.  Never fear, they are on the way.  I hope to see everyone at the workshop August 7th in Kearney.   Thanks!!

  The Nebraska State Assembly would like to thank all those who attended the Winter Workshop and Woound Closure Workshop in February.  The weekend was a huge success because you took time out of your busy weekend to support your State Assembly.

      It was decided that our Summer Workshop will be held in Kearney, NE but an exact date has not yet been reached.  When an exact date is made, we will update the website so everyone can begin to plan to attend. 

     Thanks again for your continued support of the Nebraska State Assembly.  We will continue to represent our members and state to the best of our ability.  As always, we encourage you to get involved with your State Assembly.  We are always looking for new people and new ideas.
